Women for Greater Philadelphia maintain and preserve Laurel Hill Mansion. Funds to achieve this are raised through donations and events held at the mansion.

Nestled along the scenic Schuylkill River in Fairmount Park of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Laurel Hill has a prominent location on a high bluff overlooking the river. One of the most visible houses that ring the river, the view of the river from the back porch is not to be missed. The original house built by Rebecca Rawle around 1767 consisted of a two-story Georgian brick structure with a symmetrically placed entry and a gallery of windows on the first and second floors. In the late 18th/early 19th century, a small single story wing was added to the south-side of the home. The unique two-story octagonal wing was added to the north side soon thereafter. Concerts by Candlelight, the music series held each summer at Laurel Hill Mansion take place in the octagonal room on the first floor.

From Kelly Dr travelling in direction towards Center City
• Turn left at traffic light onto Fountain Green Dr (statue of Grant on horseback on corner)
• Proceed past Mt Pleasant Mansion on your left as Fountain Green Dr. becomes Reservoir Dr as you bear left
• Proceed past Ormiston Mansion on your left until you come to the top of the hill and see athletic fields
• Sign on left – Laurel Hill Mansion- turn left onto Edgley Dr
